Everyone was friendly and no one exuded over-the-top pushy salesman. A pleasant experience overall. Mr Lopez was awesome. I was inquiring about one vehicle, but he listened to what I needed (price), what I wanted (heated seats), and what I liked to do (road trips, camping, some off-road). He found and placed me in a vehicle that fits my budget, has plenty of space, and has my ultimate love...heated seats! I may still be on a new (to me) vehicle high, but I absolutely love my new SUV and can't thank ya'll enough for being so patient and fantastic with me. Mr Vickery was also quite knowledgeable, and he made the financing portion of the process a breeze.

VSince I acquired this vehicle, I have encountered numerous issues with it. I have repeatedly informed you that it seems to be malfunctioning. During this time, it managed to take me to point A, but it failed to bring me back home, which was extremely frustrating because I was not alerted by the car's system regarding the problems it ultimately developed. Furthermore, the dealership had my vehicle for two days after you opened on Monday and had to be towed on Saturday. Once you resumed operations and included my vehicle in your service rotation, I inquired about a loaner vehicle, only to be informed that there were 15 individuals ahead of me on the waiting list. I have never been able to secure a loaner vehicle while my car was in for service. I have consistently faced issues with this vehicle, such as the radio's volume fluctuating on its own, receiving messages on the dashboard indicating that certain requests could not be fulfilled (despite not having made any requests), being unable to change the radio station or turn it off and on, and the oil gauge indicating 2% while I was out of town, which was not the case before my departure. On another occasion, it showed 30%, and a few days later, it displayed 42%. I have previously brought this vehicle in to report problems with the radio, and it was connected to the diagnostic machine and had its software re-downloaded, yet the same issues persisted. I once sought location assistance through ON STAR, and it connected me to a live person while providing directions. WHY HAS THIS VEHICLE CAUSED ME SO MUCH TROUBLE? This vehicle has been a source of frustration since I drove it off the lot.ery impressed by Nick. He made my experience very easy and smooth. Enjoyed my experience.

I had another great experience at Banner Ford and specifically want to recognize Amanda Talamo (Service Advisor) and Jason Lane (Service Manager) for going above and beyond. I brought my 2017 F150 Raptor in because of a loud grinding noise that had me pretty concerned. It turned out to be related to the IWE (Integrated Wheel End) system for the four-wheel drive. After diagnosing it properly, they determined it was simply a faulty check valve — not a full system failure. What really impressed me is that they diagnosed the IWE issue correctly and didn’t try to upsell me on replacing all the hoses or other expensive components. They fixed what actually needed to be fixed. That level of honesty matters. On top of that, they completed a full tune-up, oil change, and 5-tire rotation, and made sure everything was handled quickly so I could get my truck back in time for an upcoming trip. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Amanda and Jason made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want your truck serviced the right way.
