Mr. Myron was great

Everyone was extremely friendly. The appointment was easy to schedule and the service performed on the vehicle seems to be great so far.

Poor customer services. Gail in services was very rude, dismissive and sarcastic. She refused to assist with my concerns. She flat out told me i need call back and she can’t help me. I asked for a manger she told me that i cant talk to a manger. They had my car on Wednesday, no follow up call. I called Monday and Tuesday the following week and Ms Gail refused to give me any information. Please don't waste your time at this location.

When I got there the lady who waited on me was super friendly and let me know what I need according to the miles on my car and I appreciated that. And the wait time was not that bad.

Mr. Johnny and Mr. Keith were great. Prices were better than the dealership in Slidell for sure. The give you a video at every oil change so you can see what they see.

iv miss a day of work waiting on a tire an still didn't get it an they charge me for a rental car not a longer . but the worst think is I paid 710 for one tire that's unreal an anyone will say it
