Everyone was friendly and no one exuded over-the-top pushy salesman. A pleasant experience overall. Mr Lopez was awesome. I was inquiring about one vehicle, but he listened to what I needed (price), what I wanted (heated seats), and what I liked to do (road trips, camping, some off-road). He found and placed me in a vehicle that fits my budget, has plenty of space, and has my ultimate love...heated seats! I may still be on a new (to me) vehicle high, but I absolutely love my new SUV and can't thank ya'll enough for being so patient and fantastic with me. Schedule my 2014 F150 for diagnostic spoke with an advisor had to reschedule due to working overtime. That was Saturday and now Monday a different advisor then tells me oh they do not accept vehicles older than 2015. I found that odd and if that's the case why I wasn't told before coming back to that location? But strange thing is they worked on my 2014 F-150 before so what changed? Always lost my business and if I was thinking about a new purchase it won't be from banner ford.

If i could put 0 stars I would. Walked into the dealership & received no HELP. Was coming to pick up my car & couldn’t even do that because the lady at the service department claimed her computer was about to shut down.
I have been calling trying to reach the service department for a week, I have left voicemails and have not received any calls or messages. I will be sending a tow truck to pick my truck up from the service department and will be sure to let my friends and family know to never use Banner Ford.
I had a real bad salesman. Greg did not even try to help. I was going to buy a lariat and he was supposed have the paperwork ready but when I text him he didn’t respond until two hours later and acted like he didn’t know what the stock number was. I knew that it was only going to get worse and it did. He finally told me that the truck had been sold and he ordered two other trucks that was no where close to what I wanted. I ask him if he could find me another truck like the one that I wanted and he never answered me.
Banner has been having my truck since June 23,2026. Brought in for an oil change. There were other mechanical things that were done per the service technician that was recommended Bobby Brumfield. When receiving the truck back a day later check engine light appeared. Brought back the next day they kept the truck almost 2 weeks without any communication. This check engine light appeared constantly. I’ve paid Banner 14, 000 dollars thus far and still have no vehicle.
