This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from Theodore Field and Banner. There is a trust built and Theodore is simply the best we have found.

Ms. Ruttledge drove to our home with a loaner, then she took our car in for repair. The repair supervisor Mr. Louis called us and explained what was happening in our car, how much it would cost, then they got it repaired in 24 hours. Incredible!!!!

Very attentive service, the entire staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.

I had a problem with my Suburban, check engine light came on, and I bring it to Dealer, he took a look, smile to me, and instead of do reprogramming, he said I has a problem with one part which cost 1200$. I paid 200$ for diagnostic, I took my car out, went to enother dealership, they told me no worries, reprogram my car and I forget about this problem. They just making money, they don't work for customers, making new unreal problems, just to get a money from the customer even if customer don't need to change expensive part and keep the car for weeks.… newer return to this dealership.

My wife and I bought from Banner a year ago. Had issue after issue and Banner’s service department was an absolute disaster. One night. I ran into the president, Rick Flick. He was kind. Offered to help alleviate my situation. He put me in touch with new service manager, Frankie and the new shop foreman, Keith. Both were OUTSTANDING! Fixed my car, personable, true to their word, and honest. Give them a try now. Rick has really turned it around and Frankie is 10/10 as a service manager. Thankful to have ran into Rick and the great staff at Banner.

Hi I’m Melinda just was curious about my boy Earvin :) I haven’t seen him off highway in a while and I had few friends stop by looking say his desk was moved had really clean and nice area. He would always meet everyone and make everybody day everyone I know says he’s a genuine guy. Was looking for a new truck for my dad, ended up getting assistance from salesman named Shae Wood. He was very helpful and I didn't feel like I was being excessivley pressured into anything I didn't want. Probably best car buying experience I've had. He called and checked in on us later after the sale as well. Great customer service.
